Shipping policy

Order processing times

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process. During busier seasons, the processing time may increase. Please refer to announcements and/or product pages for up-to-date order processing.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We observe all major holidays and orders may not be processed those days.

Domestic and international shipping options

We only ship to the United States only at this time. For the most part, we use USPS, but may use UPS or other shipping partners at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) is $4.99 for all orders under $35. Any orders over $35 receive free shipping. Stickers are mailed via letter for free.

Local Delivery

Some products can be picked up locally and you will have the option for pick-up when you check out. If you do not see that option, you may reach out to info@forevernorthwest.com to see if pick-up can be arranged. We reserve the right to not offer pick-up/delivery.

Potential service interruptions

Sometimes shipping companies experience delays due to weather or other variables out of our control. We will do our best to track your order and keep you updated. Once the order has been dropped off with our shipping partners, there is not much we can do, but watch the tracking and cheer it on. 

Order Tracking

When your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent an email notification (or a Shop app notification) that includes a tracking number and link. If you purchase a sticker, you will not receive tracking as it will be sent via letter.
